■ Stable changes in treatment once a week x several times

In the case of improvement of the injury, we recommend that you see a doctor once a week. It is not realistic to cure with a single treatment (except for very mild cases). Depending on the symptoms, it is important to visit the hospital at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks until the symptoms are sufficiently improved.

* Severe pain, chronic pain, chronic stiffness, numbness, joint deformity…We especially recommend seeing a doctor until the condition is completely improved.

It takes time to heal while climbing. Also, the frequency and number of treatments should be increased. Daily self-care is also essential. Nutrition also needs to be addressed.

“Climbing patience” with reduced grade and frequency is also necessary. Please make your selection after understanding this.

After the treatment, please rest without climbing. The treatment relieves muscle tension and creates an environment for improvement. This rest will lead to further improvement of the condition.
